OneInvoice — e-invoicing platform

Accredited e-invoicing service provider · Certified Peppol access point

Every e-invoicing mandate.
One platform.

The UAE, Oman and India each mandate structured, validated, transmitted invoices with their own format, network and tax rules. OneInvoice speaks each one natively, so your business keeps speaking its own.

What you get

Everything a business needs to meet an e-invoicing mandate — and everything a partner needs to offer it under their own name.

Compliant documents, first time

Invoices, credit notes and self-billed documents validated against the country's rules — PINT AE for the UAE — before they leave, with every mandatory field explained in plain language.

Certified Peppol access point

Delivery over the five-corner Peppol network through our own certified access point: AS4, signed and encrypted, with a signed receipt kept for every document you send or receive.

Sales and purchases in one ledger

Outgoing invoices, incoming invoices, credit notes and self-billing side by side, with transmissions and their status visible without leaving the page.

Configure, don't customise

Choose which optional fields your organisation collects; changes go through a proposal and a second approver, so what your invoices contain is always a decision on record.

Security built for accreditation

Single sign-on, a second sign-in step by authenticator app, emailed code or security questions, roles down to the organisation, and an audit trail on every action.

White-label for partners

Accounting firms, software vendors and resellers run their own customers on the platform — their branding, their tenants, their administrators — with the accreditation carried by us.

Built like the infrastructure it is

Native to each network

A certified Peppol access point on the five-corner model where the mandate is Peppol; a direct clearance integration where it is not. Your documents travel the official rails — signed, encrypted, and receipted.

Country rules as plugins

Each jurisdiction's field catalogue, validation rules and tax logic is a plugin over one canonical document model. A new mandate is an addition, never a rewrite of what already works.

Audit-grade by construction

Every transmitted document is frozen at approval and carries its signed delivery receipt — the evidence you produce months later, not a claim you hope holds up.

Getting started

  1. 1

    Register your organisation

Your legal name, tax registration number and Peppol identifier. A tenant is created with its first organisation ready.

  2. 2

    Add your people

Invite users, give them roles per organisation, and choose the fields your invoices carry.

  3. 3

    Issue and deliver

Create or import invoices, approve them, and let the access point deliver and receipt them on the network.

For partners

Offer e-invoicing to your own customers without building an access point or chasing accreditation. Each partner administers its own tenants, users and settings; the platform, the network connection and the compliance work are ours.
